Manga ashcans

Up until Vampirella:Genesis in 2001 all the Vampirella ashcans had been approximately half the size of a normal comic.  Suddenly, and for no apparent reason, ashcans became giant-sized.

Thus, although the size is the same on my web page - remember the real size is substantially more, and is magazine-sized rather than the smaller size used up to this point.  It makes the covers even more collectable though ....
