README for binutil.tar.gz

These are the GNU binutils for Atari Minix slightly tweaked
in order to build Minix 2.0.x for the ISICAD Prisma (68020
based diskless workstation). I am using them in a cross-
compiler configuration, together with GCC 1.42 and GAS 1.38,
running on NetBSD 1.3 on an Amiga.
