Water condenses in every biogas line and it is critical that this water is bled out of the system without gas loss. This is the function of the line water trap. Water traps sometimes give us problems on sites with rock close to the surface but in general as long as the ground conditions are suitable for the tank, the water traps should be easily incorporated into the pipework.
