GAS STORAGE MODULE - 40 foot x 8ft 6" square containers externally similar to the control module below and fitted with a 70 cubic meter gas bag . These modules can be stacked as required by an expanding site or moved easily to new locations. This is particularly useful when commissioning large anaerobic digesters on new sites and may save thousands of pounds per day in late delivery charges. If you plan the site, there is no effective limit to the number of gas bags that can be harnessed together. For low pressure systems the gas storage modules linked together are all that is required.
HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM CONTROL MODULE - 40 feet long x 8ft 6" square with a third of the box containing the controls and a smaller 50 cubic meter gas bag in a partition separated by a welded steel sheet. This control system is only required if the digester is operated at more than 9mm water gauge pressure. It functions to regulate the gas into the low pressure gas store, protect the gas bags from over pressure and deliver the biogas from the low pressure gas bags into a line pressure of 6"WG, 10"WG, 20"WG or 1.5 BAR as required. Specify the pressure of supply and delivery when ordering. The standard unit is 6-10"WG delivery and supply.
