The volume depends on the hydraulic depth of the tank - 2.5 meters assumed here. A three meter hydraulic depth would increase the volume by 20%.
HE - vertically inserted heaters - may be removed for cleaning from the top of the digester. For up to 25% total solids feedstocks.
PRV - Pressure Relief Valve and viewing port integrated unit.
Stirring Set - GO (gas outlet), C (compressor package), RV (Rotary valve), Interterconnecting pipework and line rodding system.
Blank - Blank covers to protect the manholes and preserve them for later use with other equipment.
On the larger units, the digesters may be fitted with optional external heat exchangers for some sludges.
