At
IT
Matters, we
want
you to
be in control of your PC systems.
The best way is to understand how to use and maintain
your PC, its operating software and the software you
work with. We offer users one-to-one tutorial support
towards achieving this understanding. We believe that
our methods will ensure that you are in control after
the first day of us working with you.
Of course, one-to-one support is not the cheapest
method of gaining an understanding of how best to use
your PC. If cost is your biggest concern then there are
many books and computer-based video tutorials that can
be had at a relatively low cost. Alternatively you
might consider the short courses offered by your local
further education college.
Ad hoc tutorial support will cost £70 per hour. A
programme of tuition totalling 4 hours will cost £180.
We can also provide problem solving support. Our advice
is in the first instance to contact the supplier of
your PC and/or software for assistance with problems.
Many suppliers have internet-based support information
to help solve problems.
Problem solving support costs £70 per hour - with a
minimum of one hour's charge.
