Choosing your Orange service

- Decide which phone you want and any extra
accessories (remember to check for special
offers)
- Choose which talk plan to connect to: everyday
50, chat 60, talk 30, 120, 400, 1300, 3700, or 7500 or on Talkshare
Plus
- Choose any Orange Additionals
services you require
- Consider Chat 60 Line Two tariff: get one hour
of off-peak calls for only £5 extra per month - you also get a second
line on your Orange phone with its own number which can ring and be billed
seperately - ideal for seperating business and personal calls (one-off
£10 connection fee) Everyday 50 also available
on Line Two!
Placing your order with Freedom
Phones
- Go to our on-line connection form
and fill in the details then call/fax/email the details to us
- Subject to stock your phone will be sent out and delivered the
next working day, and normally with a fully charged battery! (If phone
is to be delivered to an address other than your Orange home address we
require faxed notification of this) We do reserve the right to see your
proofs of address and signature before connection.
After your phone is delivered
- About one to three weeks after connection you will receive your first
Orange bill which will include:
- one-off connection fee for Orange service: £35.25 inc VAT
- one-off connection fee for any Orange Additional services chosen
- proportion of your monthly talkplan subscription and any additional
services for the time between connection and the date on this first bill
- first months talkplan subscription and any additional services subscription
in advance
- any extra services used or extra calls made over the inclusive calls
for this initial billing period
- (Boxed & Ready customers do not pay a connection fee or talkplan
subscription for the first year)
- A month after receiving your first Orange bill you receive your first
normal Orange bill and this will also include the monthly Orange "discover"
leaflet keeping you informed of the latest developments at Orange and informing
you about some of Orange's supplementary services
14 day satisfaction guarantee
If, for whatever reason you would
like to cancel your contract and return your phone you can do this but
you must return the phone to us within 14 days from when we connected
it.
