The Millennium Lunch Club: who are we?

James Flint is long. A former neoscientist, he was the inventor of spliced babytech and discoverer of matter-passion telepathy. Now retired, he spends his time pinning thoughts to the radium-lined pages of magazines such as mute and books such as Habitus. Power outages in his area set limits to his productivity: where once he played music he now screams obsenities at his computer. He'd like to invite the world to lunch because... well, you work it out.

Philip George is an abstract artist, a concrete analyst, and a ruthless bookie. He has worked for Greenpeace and the European Union and recently set up the Gaia Society which aims to promote a more integrated understanding of the planet. On weekends, to let off steam, he participates in full-contact origami. He is an expert in stucco, a veteran in love and an outlaw in Peru.
