LECTURES

Having somewhat recovered from being rather unwell a few years ago I have resumed my former bad habits of going out at night and talking to groups - often of fisherfolk !

This is usually accompanied with an appropriate Slide Show - most of the contents are very unprintable and the anecdotes are frequently litigious . And you can even have fun and ask real questions if you like !

But the wife says if I am putting myself under stress and strain lecturing I have to charge sensibly for it . So it's £125 plus VAT and Travelling and you also get to feed me before I start .

TUITION

I am still teaching a little - mainly casting and flydressing . They even put me on the Education and Training Committee of the Salmon and Trout Association - I did the light relief I suppose ! - then the Committee got reorganised ! Then they went nuts over political rectitude and wanted me to go on courses for Paedophilia and Wimmins Rights , Race Relations and Religious Issues - and the like - frankly I'm just too old for this sort of bollocks so I have formally dropped out of all organisations of Instructors ! Anyway I carry my own insurance ! And I've been checked off through the Criminal Records Office and apparently I'm formally not a pervert - yet !

I'm not stopping teaching for fun and profit so if you want politically incorrect instruction in Casting , Flydressing and how to actually catch fish just you give me a shout . But do me a favour and don't try to involve me in teaching children !

Day Trips - If you are interested in accelerated learning and you are willing to pay all expenses and £75 + VAT then I will fish with you for a day - and you get to keep all the fish ! And you can book Bob Church through us as well !

For one on one casting and groups I only charge a tenner an hour ! Just ring up and book me - I was once a Birthday Present for somebody ! ( And we won't discuss that one any further ! )

ADVICE

I never mind giving advice over the phone . Unless , that is you are going to spend your money somewhere else . So please don't waste my time and I won't give you bad advice either because I have recently been known to do that when I thought someone was taking undue advantage !

So if you are going to spend your money elsewhere just you go and ask them for specialist help . And if you want to spend it with me I shall be delighted to pass an hour or two with you chit chatting idly away - honestly I am not busy - I have nothing better to do - really I haven't at all !

No you didn't misread anything !

Due to a twist of fate we wound up recovering some of Charlie Jardine's original artwork from a dilatory customer for him . Whilst waiting for him to collect it from us we had it framed and then something weird happened - customers began to buy it !

It is all original one offs - no nasty prints . It is difficult to get more out of him but we occasionally get lucky - and so may you if you buy one and they shoot him shortly thereafter ! In stock at the moment

iii) A nasty looking flattened nymph thingy on a boulder on the bottom!

vii) Three Rainbows Balling Up Baitfish

These are tastefully framed and ready for hanging and a variety of sizes overall

averaging about 9" by 12"
