PADI Master Scuba Diver
This is diving's highest non-professional rating. The holder of this rating will have a wide range of diving experience. Master Scuba Diver's also make excellent Divemaster candidates.
 

Certification requirements

To achieve this rating you need to be certified as

A PADI Divemaster or PADI Assistant Instructor, with five PADI diving Speciality ratings.

OR
 A PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and a PADI Rescue Diver with five PADI diving Speciality ratings
