Emergency First Response
  Emergency First Response combines the disciplines of First Aid and CPR into a single course. It teaches you (at a lay person's level) the same emergency techniques used by professionals, paramedics and doctors. EFR teaches you the skills that can mean the difference between life and death. The EFR program is open to non-divers as well as divers, and is one course that can make all the difference even if you're not diving.

We have Instructors that teach First aid on a full time basis and are able to offer a wealth of experience.  Courses can now also include use of an Automated External Defibrillator as well as the new care for children programme.
