The Keeper

A bell-shaped gum rubber cup that is worn internally to collect your menstrual fluids.
It has health and environmental advantages over other menstrual products.
It is not absorbent, doesn't disrupt natural vaginal acidity or moisture levels, or expose you to bleach, glues, or gels.
Rubber trees are tapped for their rubber, not chopped down as in the production of paper products. The Keeper lasts at least ten years, so there is no monthly waste.
The Keeper is simple to use.
The Keeper costs £30

Fold the cup vertically |

Insert until the base is about half an inch inside the entrance of the vagina. Rotate the Keeper to ensure it has unfolded, then tug gently on the stem for a snug seal. |
To empty it, gently pinch the base of the cup, and remove. The fluids remain inside the cup - empty the contents into the toilet, rinse well or wipe, and reinsert. Emptying it every six to twelve hours is enough.
Any concerns that the Keeper is messy to use will vanish after a few days of using it. It can be worn day & night, and during activities like swimming, dancing, cycling, etc.
The Keeper comes in two sizes: size A is for women who have given birth vaginally, had dilation during labour, or have had a D&C. Size B is for women whose cervix has never been dilated
