.Pregnancy and child birth then breast feeding takes a really lot of energy out of your body and it needs time to recover. Spend the first week concentrating on getting feeding established and bonding and recovering! Tell visitors to come after the first week is over.
Research has shown that women who give up on breast feeding in the first week often do so because they had too many interruptions and were not able to get the knack of it.
