WHAT'S COOKING THIS SUMMER?

The new Green Room menu has arrived, offering a delicious and diverse range of dishes to tempt any palate. For those hazy summer days, it delights the taste buds with a wide range of salads, hot and cold sandwiches, soups and main meals. Here's a taste:

Honeycrumb Fried Cod with Pesto - Fresh Cod stuffed with Pesto Butter rolled in honeyed breadcrumbs and served on a bed of rocket.

Mushroom and Tarragon Sausages - Succulent Veggie Sausages served with creamy fennel mash and chutney on a bed of spinach.

Avocado and Strawberry Salad - sliced avocado pear and fresh strawberries on a bed of mixed leaves with raspberry vinaigrette.

Grilled Halloumi Salad - a warm salad of halloumi cheese, walnuts and lambs lettuce in a honey and coriander dressing.

In addition to lunchtimes, customers can sample the new menu in the evening before going into performances. Customers can either choose from the main menu or enjoy a special pre-performance meal deal - THE FULL EFFECT. The Full Effect offers a starter and a main meal, plus entry to the show all for

Specials can be found daily on the board, offering freshly prepared dishes dreamt up by the chef. The Green Room Cafe Bar also offers an extensive selection of beers and wines from around the world, to complement the menu. The Green Room is Manchester's coolest spot this summer.
