Not the slightest idea who this is or anything about him. This belonged to my sister-in-law who recalls nothing about how
she came by it. It was donated to add to my hoard. Nothing special but amusing none the less. For those abroad the full
title should be 'Gloucestershire born .... and Gloucestershire bred' indicating a true local character.
