BATTLE REPORT
I started at 6 O'Clock my ally was at 9, my opponents at 12 and 3, we had an island each but they were connected round
the edges and had had cross-roads into the middle.
I was getting on well got to bronze in under quarter of an hour when, oh no... my ally quit. We changed to Free For All
(FFA). I check out my opponent at 3, he had built SMALL! walls at the entrances, to slow me down. I quickly made an
entrance with a catapult. and had a scout. He had quite a few troops but these went when they charged at my defences in
an attempt to get back the crucial land.
As I crept forward with my handful of troops including a catapult and priest. There was a little resistance but this was quite
weak. I got well into the base, and started to convert villagers while distorting productivity. Once I had taken these out I
took out the Town center and the rest of the base.
I strengthen the defences and then carried on to the next player, when I had a larger army and more priests. I took these to
a peninsular were they overlooked a large part of the base. I could see a gang of Hoplite' so I converted them! while being
covered by the catapults and tower. They had few missile weapons so they had to go start down to the my entrance to get
round to the units attacking them.
They built lots of fortifications and catapults to make it impossible to attack trough that entrance. But they had not fortified
there other entrance.
I did not attack as I did not want to point this out yet as I could not take full advantage.
Instead I checked the points and realised that I was still allied with the computer player. So I built up there defences for
them (they were still in tool after bout an hour!) so that I could take all there resources.
I know controlled 3/4 of the resources. they did not seem affected but as they were constantly attacking I thought they
would soon.
I checked the edges of the there base for resources they only seemed to have wood left.
Remember the entrance that was open? well I used that to attack but just with 1 chariot, but gave it a lot of support by the
entrance, catapults, towers and priest.
I took out most all the farmers and lots of the woodcutters.
Surprise surprise, they tried counter attack through the same gap not realising that I had fortified it.
After I did a another attack to finish of the villagers they decided to quit, so I never had to fight there walls of towers!
