All Henry's "divorces" were, technically, annulments, and Henry also had his marriages to Anne Boleyn and Katherine Howard annulled before their executions, as if death were not a final enough closure.

In 1536, in addition to the deaths of his sometime close family, Henry suffered a serious injury while jousting. The obvious longterm damage was a leg ulcer, but Henry may also have suffered a serious brain injury. He was allegedly unconscious for hours after falling.
