Nessie Monster Bridge instead of the Forth Road Bridge

Dear Mr Barnes
As a member of the Farquharson none-wiser seeking Scotland’s independence heads, the answer to scribble “Senior civil servants in the Scottish Government fear the radical Climate Change Bill” in your -----the Forth River double road crossing article piece, will lead to a legal challenge of building a proposed new £2.3 billion river Forth Road Bridge in the lowlands, is that, that sum of money should now be used to build the proposed Nessie Monster Bridge, required for Inverness, the capital of the Highlands of Scotland.
Look, surely we can do likewise for the city of Invernes.
Somehow - I much expect that we can't.
