This is a charming restored stone farmhouse in the Lot between Cahors to the south and Souillac to the north, surrounded by stunning countryside with views of rolling hills and hill-top villages. The south facing garden has a large swimming pool, surrounded by a patio with loungers and sunshades. Rocamadour with its cliff-top monastery and medieval village far below is just a short drive and there many other ancient sites to visit.

The local village is about 2 kilometres distant, hence within a good walk, and has two restaurants and shops such as a boulangerie: the market towns of Gourdon and Soulliac are within easy driving distance. 
Accommodations:

All four bedrooms in the roof space are furnished and decorated with great style leaving exposed beams, each has its own private or en-suite bath or shower room.

1. Family bedroom: possible to sleep two adults in a standard double bed, 2 children in single beds and also a third child in a fold-out single or a baby in a cot: separate private bathroom and separate toilet.

2. Double bedroom: standard double bed with en-suite shower room.

3. Twin/double bedroom: twin beds that can made up separately or to make a king size double bed: en-suite shower room.

4. Double bedroom: standard double bed with separate private bathroom.












Other Details:

Breakfast, included in the basic tariff served in the hall, on the terrace or beside the pool according to season, is a morning feast, with as many cups of tea or coffee as you would like, along with a table loaded with fruit, cereal, yogurt, home made jam, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, French bread, croissant, pain au chocolate, etc. For other meals there are the 2 restaurants in the local village and a huge choice in Gordon or Souillac.

Nearest airports are Toulouse and Limoges which are about one hour 45 min. Bergerac is about 2 hours.
