A provencal house and garden in Cannes' medieval Le Suquet quarter on the French Riviera. The villa is situated on the hill called Le Suquet adjacent to the old harbour in Cannes. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach  and 10 minutes walk to the very centre of the old city;  the cobbled, deliciously famous Rue Antoine with its many enticingly romantic and gourmet restaurants is just a few minutes stroll. Lanes behind the house wind their way up to the ancient church, clock tower, gardens and museum where there are exceptional views over Cannes and its harbour from the ramparts.

Accommodations: Guest accommodations are two self-contained studios each with a  double bed & single bed (additional single provided on request).  Each studio has a balcony overlooking a quiet secluded garden (rare in Cannes) with restricted sea views. Each studio has a microwave, fridge, English/French TV, ADSL internet access with separate WC &  shower. Breakfast materials are provided by your hosts for you to make your own meal in the apartment. Guests are invited to enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden whenever they wish.

Please note that car parking must be reserved in advance. There is a  direct bus service from Nice airport to Cannes that runs throughout the day. Open all year - book very early for dates during festivals and  peak season.
