Chez Boscher

Giverny - Seine Valley
NO71

Surrounded by a pretty walled garden, in the very heart of Monet's village of Giverny, Marie-Claire offers accommodation in her old family house, once a hotel-restaurant frequented by Claude Monet himself and famous French film stars and directors in the early years of the 20th century until it was finally closed in 1940. The house is within walking distance of Monet's house and gardens and the American Museum of Art in Giverny.

The guest rooms with private access are on the second floor with views of the garden; they are fully restored, though simple, they provide all the comforts and charm of a family home. There is a twin bedded room with two single beds and a additional convertible single bed, and another double room which may also have an additional single bed if desired, and then there is a larger studio (more expensive) with double and convertible single sofa bed: each has private shower or bath and toilet.

Continental breakfast, served in the farmhouse dining room or in the garden is included in the basic tariff. Other meals can been found nearby in Giverny within walking distance.
