An old farmhouse, sensitively restored and decorated by its owners, with a pretty garden and flowered terraces, situated adjacent to the village of Longeves, just to the east of La Rochelle - a quietly situated base guaranteeing peace and quiet.

Ten minutes drive to La Rochelle where you can find wonderful seafood restaurants around its picturesque fortified harbour, chic boutiques, brandy cellars and two small beaches plus an 18 hole golf course. Other places of interest within easy driving distance include the Ile de Re, the marshlands of the Marais, Rochefort and the Ile d'Aix.
Accommodations: There are 3 big comfortable guest rooms, with private bath or shower and toilet.

1 . Hellebore - twin single beds or king-size double bed, private bathroom and separate toilet.

2. Heuchera - twin single beds or king-size double bed plus 2 single beds, private bathroom and separate toilet.

3. Hydrangea -  double bed plus two bunk beds, private shower room and toilet.




The tariff  includes a generous continental breakfast and all taxes. Dinner is also served in house, paid locally - please give at least 24 hours advance notice if you wish to dine on the evening of your arrival.  There is also a good value auberge about 4 minutes drive away.
 
Off road parking.

Children very welcome.
