Don Revie: 'We face two World Cup games, home and away,
against Luxembourg and a possible Wembley decider against
Italy. The task is far from impossible. Our destiny is in
our hands. My own concern is to marry the best of our
domestic game with a realisation that what we produce al
home every Saturday is not ideal for international
competition. At home we give the fans what they want -
football played at 100 miles an hour. We have been bred
on that kind of all-action game and in its own way it
typifies the English game. But at international level I
doubt if this is where we can achieve progress. We need
to slow down and work more at the skilful aspects of our
game.'

season, why not Best? asks Fulham.
