Born: Leewood Island, St Kitts, 7 August, 1952.

Cec made his debut in the 1970-71 season in a Division Three match for Bradford City v Chesterfield, a 1-0 away win on 26 September, 1970.

Cec was the first black player to ever play 400 League games, and was the first black player to ever receive a Testimonial match in England.

Cec became Bradford City's most played player in League football when he played his 444th game on 23 October, 1982, v Doncaster Rovers. It was 1-0 to Bradford City. The record up to then had been held by Ian Cooper. Cec still has the record with 502 games.
