Dai-bach Empire
The Dai-bach (also known as Zai-bach) empire, led by Lord Dolnkirk are engaged in a frantic search for "The Dragon" (Escaflowne), incidentally crushing anything that happens to get in their path. They seem to dislike being actually caight doing anything openly aggressive, hence the use of such devices as the Stealth Manto, but it's pretty easy to see that in their ideal view of the world, they're the ones in charge...
