*This is easily our favourite moment of the case so far.
(We also pointed out that, far from being defamatory, the AP2 pages were plain, unvarnished fact - the post-reality Sega Zone was demonstrably by the testimony of witnesses "a poster pamphlet of violence-inducing monstrousness"; and it's probably not the world's brightest idea to attempt to defend the reviewers in CU Amiga of Kick Off 96 (79%) and Rise of the Robots (90%) - and that, far from being "easily identifiable" to CU Amiga's readers, nobody was likely to associate the pages with particular people because, until Emap had brought it up, we hadn't ourselves bothered to find out the individuals responsible; but the AP2 Solicitor filed this away, presumably for later use.)
