Just to reiterate; all the FACTS were typed in by hands and all the sums then worked out by me on a tiny solar-powered calculator. As I am rubbish, it's likely there are errors, but you can crossly check everything yourself against your own copies of AP if you feel like it.
Alternatively, these basic lists might help, which you can use as you like except for commercial purposes: the ish-by-ish stats, the breakdown by mag era and the list by reviewer. Assuming diligent AP2 reader Brig Bother and I agonisingly typed in all the mag FACTS with back-breaking labour correctly to begin with, ahhhh.
FLASH! Whose stupid idea was this section anyway? After several days of misery-filled wasted effort counting everything up several times and coming to different results with each bout of arithmetic, I knocked off some sums doers instead, which sauntered through the lists by themselves. (The sums doers are alongside the basic lists if you want to inspect them.) Everything now INDISPUTABLY matches. Assuming diligent AP2 reader Brig Bother and I agonisingly etc etc.
METHODOLOGY OF FACTS. The averages you'll see throughout this section are calculated in the most basic possible manner: divide a total by the number of items in the sum. (For example, an issue's average mark is the total of all review scores in that ish, divided by the number of reviews.) If you want to apply some other formula, knock yourself out.
